Public Interest Litigation - Preliminary Affidavit

The particulars of the affidavit filed by the petitioner would include, inter alia, :-

 
PARTICULARS OF THE CAUSE/ORDER AGAINST         WHICH THE PETITION IS MADE:
          The present Public Interest Litigation is filed questioning the in-action of all respondents in without following due process of law, and have tried to price gouge upon the gullible citizenry of the country.
2.       PARTICULARS OF THE PETITIONER
          It is humbly submitted that the petitioner is the permanent resident of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The petitioner is actively pursuing the rights of the public. The Petitioner neither has personal interest nor any personal gain in the present petition other than escalating the matter of grave public importance that stands at the risk of clear and present danger, unless prompt and decisive action is taken in a transparent manner.
The present Public Interest Litigation is filed for the benefit of the public and without any personal gain. I do not have any personal animosity or any other such things with any of the respondents.
3.       The entire litigation costs, including the advocate’s fee and other charges are being borne by me. A through research has been conducted in the matter raised through the petition. I understood that in the course of hearing of the petition, the court may require any security to be furnished towards costs or any other charges, I shall have to comply with such requirements.
